There are a few little typos - (eg 8-Whole Grain bread is alkaline.
There are only a few grains that are alkaline. Bread made from these grains would have to free of yeast, butter, margarine, ) - the 'be' is missing. Do you have anyone to proof-read your site?
Hope you don't mind my mentioning this. I just think it adds more authority to what you write when it contains better-than-average grammar / punctuation.
